MONTBLANC 's "Donation Pen Collection," a series designed in homage to talented musicians in the world of classical music, now features a "George Gershwin" pen. It is currently available at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 8th floor = Isetan Men's Residence.

Top: Fountain pen ¥96,120 Bottom: Ballpoint pen ¥65,880

This time, MONTBLANC is paying homage to George Gershwin, the composer and pianist born in Brooklyn, New York.
His representative works include orchestral pieces such as "Rhapsody in Blue," "An American in Paris," and "Porgy and Bess," which are considered among the most popular and important works in 20th-century American opera. He was also a talented clarinetist, even performing the opening of "Rhapsody in Blue" himself.

This new addition to the collection features a design that pays homage to the original "Leonard Bernstein" pen from the "Donation Pen Collection," and includes fountain pens, rollerball pens, and ballpoint pens.
The design pays homage to the famous clarinet opening of "Rhapsody in Blue," with the clip shaped like a clarinet. George Gershwin's signature and the Brooklyn Bridge are engraved on the cap ring, the New York skyline as seen from Brooklyn is engraved on the nib, and the barrel of the fountain pen features a blue ink window, inspired by "Rhapsody in Blue."

Furthermore, this donation pen collection not only offers the special feeling of "owning a limited edition," but also contributes to a selection of cultural projects related to classical music through MONTBLANC .
