Fueguia 1833, a luxury fragrance house that has captivated many with its exotic and unique scent collection and garnered global attention, will be making a limited-time appearance at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1F = Fragrance. The pop-up, which will be held from May 1st (Wed) to May 14th (Tue), will feature three fragrances that will be exclusively available at Mitsukoshi Isetan.

They primarily use raw materials from South America and have a factory in Milan.

Julian Bedel, the founder and perfumer from Argentina, is passionate about researching aromatic and medicinal plants from around the world, and in 2016 he opened Fueguia Botany in Uruguay. He cultivates over 100 species of South American plants and works on developing exotic ingredients, and at his fragrance factory in Milan, he handles everything from perfumery to the development and production of new fragrances. Since its inception in 2010, Fueguia 1833 has used only carefully selected natural ingredients, and its fragrances, inspired by the diverse plants of Patagonia and South America, invite you on an adventure woven from scent.

"Alhambra"

"Alhambra" is a fragrance inspired by the plants that bloom in the gardens of the Alhambra Palace, a place that embodies the essence of Arab culture. Inspired by the image of the magnificent stone walls being beautifully bathed in red and orange light, it uses Damask roses lavishly and expresses the rich scent of ambergris with the leaves of Cistus.

"Asaffron"

"Asafran" is the Spanish word for saffron. Saffron has been considered precious since ancient times, said to be more expensive than gold, and was only available as an offering to the gods or to royalty. "Asafran" uses saffron from La Mancha, Spain, and has a spicy, herbal scent with a leathery undertone.

"Rosa de los Vientos"

"Rosa de los Vientos" means "compass" in Spanish. It's a blend of wild Bourbon rose and fruity Damask rose, intentionally combined with amber* instead of musk to create a nude rose scent. Like a compass waiting to set sail as dawn breaks and the sun rises, it guides the wearer to their destination. *Vegetable amber is used.

Fueguia 1833's unique fragrances are created by a perfumer who draws inspiration from his beloved poetry and tango, as well as from the vast natural landscapes, history, culture, and people of Patagonia that have influenced his life. Enjoy the three distinct "storytelling journeys of fragrance" expressed in the title.
