Datel, a Japanese brand specializing in vests, will be holding a promotion from Wednesday, April 10th at both the 1st floor (sweaters and casual shirts) and the 7th floor (super Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , Men's Building. During the promotion, they will be offering vests made from rare vintage fabrics, and will also be holding a vest pattern order event.

Daytle, designed by Takashi Sasaki, launched in 2015 with the concept of "day put wonder," respecting the old and fusing it with the new. Positioning the gilet as "an item that enhances the wearer's individuality without negating other items," Sasaki creates one-of-a-kind gilets filled with his passion and dedication, using rare vintage fabrics.

For the Spring/Summer 2019 season, the theme is "fuoco = focus + fire (intense gaze)," and the lineup features vests made from vintage fabrics sourced from Italy and other countries both domestically and internationally. In particular, the vintage Gobelin tapestry series, which is popular every season, is characterized by its passionate floral patterns and silk material, making it a piece that adds a touch of sophisticated elegance to any outfit.
In addition, we offer vests that add flair to both on- and off-duty styles, with a focus on materials and a three-dimensional fit. All of these are produced in small quantities using precious fabrics, so we recommend you check them out as soon as possible.


Furthermore, during the event, a pattern order workshop will be held where customers can have traditional textiles, including vintage kimono fabrics, tailored into vests. You can select your favorite fabric, style, buttons, etc., and order a vest to your liking.
