□ Requests regarding admission

Your entry time will be notified by email after the lottery on PassMarket.
Customers who have been selected for admission via a pre-registration lottery must bring a photo ID and a smartphone for identity verification on the day of the event. (*Please bring one of the following: driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, residence card, student ID with photo, My Number card, or disability certificate.)
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification, photocopies of identification, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.
• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please display your admission ticket before joining the queue. Please note that screenshots of your screen will not be accepted.
・Entry will be granted only after verifying that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID. Please note that those who do not have a photo ID for identity verification will not be admitted.
・Customers who did not participate in the lottery will be guided in order after all customers who participated in the lottery have been guided. For more details, please ask a staff member on the day.

□ Requests regarding your purchase

・Entry and purchases will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
・If there are many people wishing to purchase, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase even if you line up.
Depending on the number of applications, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.
Orders placed by phone and cash-on-delivery deliveries will be accepted from noon on Monday, March 18th.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that quantities are limited, and we apologize if an item is out of stock.
