On days when I'm focused on work, I wear a calm gray suit.

On days with many internal meetings, or days when you're carefully considering plans at your desk, a calm gray suit is ideal. It will also give the impression to those around you that you are seriously committed to your work.
Aoyagi: Even in company meetings, if your superiors are present, it's good practice for a working professional to dress formally with a white shirt and silver-gray tie. However, a regular collar shirt is too ordinary, so you might want to add some variation with a round collar. Even a subtle difference can create a sense of style. For brainstorming sessions with colleagues or internal presentations, you can be less formal and have some fun with pattern-on-pattern. Traditional patterns like dots and stripes won't give off a casual impression.
