Matsumoto Barman, again!

*Scenes from a visit in October last year

This weekend, on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of January, Matsumoto-san, a bartender from Ichinoseki, will be joining us as a guest bartender.

Shimaji: "My partner Hiroe is on leave, so Matsumoto is coming from Ichinoseki to help out. I'm really grateful to Matsumoto for always rushing to my aid when I'm in trouble. Friendship is truly the most precious thing of all."

Please come and see the brilliant shaker skills of Matsumoto-san, the handsome bartender from Ichinoseki.

Shimaji : "Matsumoto is scheduled to come again in February. We will definitely give you a heads-up before he arrives, so please look forward to it. Be sure to enjoy Matsumoto's original 'double shake' right before your eyes."

This week's quote
"The most precious thing of all is friendship."

This week's alcohol
"Salon de Shimaji Original Special Bottle"
We offer it in four different ways.
A "forbidden highball" made with soda might just change your perception of what a highball is...
