Master craftsman Enzo Bonafe, known for his elegant, three-dimensional silhouettes and exceptional fit achieved through meticulous lasting, will be making his first visit to Japan in approximately five years for a trunk show at ISETAN MEN'S . The men's shoe section on the first basement floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will be hosting a limited-time order event from Wednesday, October 24th to Tuesday, October 30th. In particular, Mr. Bonafe himself will be visiting the store on Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th. This will be a special opportunity to experience the world of the brand.


ENZO BONAFE was founded in Bologna, Italy in 1963. Enzo Bonafe, a craftsman with over 50 years of experience in the shoemaking world, started making shoes under his own name after training at the prestigious Italian shoe manufacturer a.testoni. The appeal of ENZO BONAFE lies in its "Goodyear a mano" (90% finished) construction, where only the final stitching is done by machine, meaning the shoes are almost entirely made by hand, and it has maintained its high quality for over 50 years.


The master craftsman will be visiting for the first time in about five years, on Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th. At the trunk show, Mr. Bonafe himself and local craftsmen will be present, and they will offer four shoe lasts with about 20 different designs and three types of materials in 20 colors. In addition, special materials that can be ordered only on these two days will also be unveiled. Don't miss this special opportunity to meet a craftsman who, even at over 80 years old, is still renowned as a master craftsman!
