Based on the concept of "tradition and innovation," SANTONI , with its modern spirit underpinned by the craftsmanship that can be called Italy's cultural heritage, continues its relentless pursuit of beauty and quality. A pre-order event for the Spring/Summer 2019 collection from this leading Italian luxury shoe brand will be held at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F, Men's Shoes.

This event, held for a limited time from Wednesday, October 10th to Tuesday, October 16th, will feature approximately 50 sample models, primarily those not usually available. It will be a special opportunity to closely examine the brand's unique range of techniques, utilizing various manufacturing methods such as Goodyear welt and stitchdown construction, which have produced numerous renowned shoes.

This event will also focus on "hand-painting," one of SANTONI 's key themes. On both Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th, craftsmen from the brand's home country will be visiting the store to give hand-painting demonstrations.

Each pair of shoes is hand-painted by a colorist who has inherited a unique color recipe, allowing you to experience a glimpse of how "the upper becomes a canvas, and the shoe is elevated to the realm of art."
