Hello everyone. Time flies, and half of the year is already over. I'm really feeling these days how quickly each year passes by.
Now, at THE GALLERY by CHALIE VICE, we are currently featuring Steiff teddy bears. We have received a letter from CHALIE VICE describing her encounter with Steiff, so we would like to share it with you.


Dear friend

I'm writing this letter at the Kahala Hotel Plumeria Beach Hotel, a place I'm visiting after a long time. The breeze blowing in from Koko Head, just before the peak of summer, is as pleasant as ever. What makes me happy at the Kahala is the dolphin doll that greets me on the bed when I enter my room. Encountering such a cute doll while traveling is a great pleasure for a man. Of all the dolls, the one that captured my heart the most is the Steiff teddy bear from Germany.

Created in 1902 by Margarete Steiff, these handmade teddy bears possess an exceptional comfort in their expression and texture. This is undoubtedly due to the craftsmanship unique to German artisans, a skill that continues to this day. I encountered my own Steiff teddy bear during a trip to Europe, captivated by its indescribable expression, and decided to bring it home with me. Now, it sits on my study chair, guarding my home while I'm away on my travels.

This gallery will feature a collection of Steiff's adorable teddy bears, and we encourage you to experience their heartwarming expressions and the soft, fluffy texture created by skilled artisans. Thanks to the special cooperation of Steiff, you will also have the opportunity to see teddy bears with historical expressions.
