Easter, known as "Pâques" in France, is celebrated by Jean-Paul Hévin, who presents a collection featuring eggs, a symbol of Easter, as well as animals celebrating the arrival of spring and marine life.

The "Oeuf Noir/Lait" bonbon chocolates, shaped like six different eggs (oeufs), are Easter-exclusive chocolates that depict an egg cracking and eventually splitting open to reveal a chick. Four different types of praline are coated in dark or milk chocolate.

Oeufs Amandes Noir/Lait are caramel-flavored almond pralines coated in dark chocolate and milk chocolate, respectively. Oeufs Craquel/Lait are hazelnut pralines coated in dark chocolate and milk chocolate, respectively.
Oeufs Rencontre Noir features pistachio and almond praline coated in dark chocolate. Oeufs Rencontre Lait features pistachio and hazelnut praline coated in milk chocolate.
If you want to enjoy the taste of bitter chocolate, try "Noir," and if you prefer the flavor of milk chocolate, try "Lait."

"Oeuf Coco" is a realistic-looking egg containing a single chocolate fritter shaped like a sea creature. "Ni de Pac" is a combination of a bird's nest and an egg made of chocolate, with a single chocolate fritter shaped like a sea creature inside the egg.
