Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building = Entrance to the golf school Swing located on the rooftop

The membership application form includes detailed questions about your golf experience and what sparked your interest in the sport. It also seems like a good opportunity to reaffirm your goals.
I wanted to start playing golf, but I was lost and couldn't get started.
—What made you decide to start playing golf this time? Our generation isn't very involved with golf; I think most people our age don't play unless it's necessary for their work. But recently, some of my colleagues who work at trading companies and banks have been asking me to play golf. However, I've never really had a reason to start...
—So you found the trigger for that.
What finally motivated me to take action was participating in a trial lesson. I think this is good news for anyone thinking about starting golf: Isetan Golf School "Swing," located on the rooftop of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , offers a trial lesson for 500 yen, where you can take a 70-minute lesson together with regular students.
—That's a classic example of "the darkest place is under the candlestick."
I'm a complete beginner, so honestly, I didn't know where to go... I searched for "Shinjuku Golf School" but couldn't find anything suitable, and that's when I found the 500 yen lesson on "Swing".

One-on-one instruction on how to grip the club.

From the very first session, you can pick up a golf club and take a swing! You can even try out some clubs.
—What did you think of the lessons?
I can understand why people get hooked on golf. After hitting balls on the rooftop, having a beer at "Liziek" on the 8th floor sounds amazing! (laughs) Before I started, I thought I wouldn't be able to hit the ball at all, but I was able to hit it reasonably well, and when the ball flew, I felt really refreshed!
Next , I want to thoroughly learn the "swing" curriculum.
