Please tell us about your future running life.

Back when I was a student in Fukushima , I enjoyed running because I wanted to break my personal records, but now, running with my friends and relieving stress is my greatest joy.

I'll continue running while enjoying myself , but I might try to improve my record by competing in races with the Mitsukoshi Isetan Ekiden (long-distance relay race) team (lol).

The Fukushima Track and Field Club members train at their own pace, and participate in 3-4 competitions a year. We are planning to participate in the Okumusashi Ekiden Race in January. Please come and cheer us on!

I need to do some running practice before the Tago tournament. I want to train with a good balance between work and play and compete.

Ugome: I'm a substitute so I probably won't be competing in the tournament (laughs), but I have high hopes for you two! Thank you, Aono-san as well.

Thank you to everyone who participated for sharing your valuable experiences!
