HANCOCK, a Scottish handmade outerwear brand that inherits the technology invented by Thomas Hancock, the founder of the British rubber industry, will be holding a promotion at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor = Business Clothing from Wednesday, October 25th. During the event, the entire outerwear collection for this season will be on display, and pre-orders for the Spring/Summer 2018 collection will also be accepted.

Hancock was founded in 2011 by Daniel Danko, who made a significant contribution to the industry by transforming the traditional British rubberized coat into a style-conscious brand. The collection, which started in Autumn/Winter 2012, uses original rubberized wool and cotton materials and is produced in small quantities using traditional methods at the company's own factory in Scotland. Based on minimalist, clean, and beautiful lines, the collection features a heritage and modern style with added design and trend elements.

This pop-up will feature the latest Fall/Winter 2017 collection. Combining traditional vulcanized construction with nylon material, this modern garment, based on matte black and khaki, represents a new challenge for the factory that values tradition and is committed to handmade craftsmanship.

Additionally, an order event for the Spring/Summer 2018 collection will be held concurrently during this period. All eight styles will be available for order, with 16 colors of vulcanized cotton material to choose from. Furthermore, lining options have been added to the menu for the classic single-breasted and trench coat styles. These will allow customers to wear them from this season onwards, offering both practicality and the opportunity to express their individuality.

Furthermore, on October 28th (Sat) and 29th (Sun), Daniel Danko will be visiting Japan from his home country of Scotland to demonstrate part of the coat-making process (for about an hour starting at 2 PM). This will be a special opportunity to experience the tradition firsthand.
