Chocolate that reminds you of the taste of first love

With temperatures in Tokyo now below 20 degrees Celsius, it's the perfect season for the hot Talisker whiskey I mentioned last time.
Salon de Shimaji is celebrating its 5th anniversary and is offering new chocolates.

Customer: "Teacher! This shape is really impactful!"

Shimaji : "That's right. It's Salon de Shimaji's new kiss mark chocolate. Not only does it look great, but the taste is truly amazing! I asked Sudo to make it with a passionate and exciting flavor, and he immediately brought me a prototype. I was really impressed with the result, which exceeded my expectations! He's a genius."

As I've mentioned before, at Salon de Shimaji's bar, we commission chocolatier Ginji Sudo to create original chocolates for us.

Customer: "It's so beautiful, it would be a shame to eat it."

Shimaji: "That's right. I don't want you to eat this chocolate in one bite, but rather savor it little by little. It's a treat that I hope you'll enjoy slowly, while reminiscing about the bittersweet taste of first love."

The chocolates created by chocolatier Ginji Sudo are made to be enjoyed in perfect pairings with alcohol. They can only be tasted at a limited number of authentic bars. Please enjoy them!
