"Back in the day, camping meant bringing your own barbecue equipment and ingredients, setting up your own tent, and everything else you had to do yourself. But now, 'glamping,' where you can enjoy comfortable services with hotel-level facilities, is popular, and it really feels like a different era," laughs Sugimoto, a floor attendant at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .
"But men like to be particular about the things they like. Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 7th floor, in the Authentic Casual section, you can find some really nice items," said Endo, the stylist in charge of FILSON...

Customer request: "I want a trail stool that gives off an American vibe."

For your new camping style, choose a special item you've carefully selected.
Sugimoto highly praised the wooden, collapsible chairs sold by Filson. His reasoning was, "Compared to chairs with steel pipes, the combination of natural wood legs and a leather seat looks very authentic. Plus, you can carry it on your shoulder, so it's perfect for projecting the image of a 'capable man outdoors'."

It's great for glamping, camping, and fishing, of course, but it's also perfect for everyday use, such as for DIY work in the garage or keeping it by the entrance to help you put on and take off your shoes. There's something romantic about using something like this and passing it on to the next generation.
