Heinrich Moser was born into a family of watchmakers in Schaffhausen, a town in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. After honing his skills in Russia, he returned to his hometown and not only established his own watch brand, H. Moser, but also dedicated himself to the industrialization of his region.

Currently, the Meylan family, who once led Audemars Piguet, are involved in the management, but the unwavering commitment to quality, including the in-house manufacture of the balance springs, remains unchanged, carrying on the spirit of the founder. This thorough pursuit of "purity" has even led to the removal of the brand logo from some models, surprising watch enthusiasts.


The "Venture Small Seconds XL Paramagnetic" pictured features a hairspring made with the company's proprietary paramagnetic material "PE5000," exhibiting excellent magnetic resistance. The company plans to increase the number of models using PE5000 in the future, but this first model to feature it boasts a beautiful fumé dial with varying shades of midnight blue.
