Iwami, who will be introducing items from Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building this time, has been with the company for 10 years and is in her third year as a shopping attendant. (Center of photo)
"Our floor attendant service is free of charge. You can make a reservation in advance, or if there is availability on the day, you can request one at the information desk on the first floor of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . We also have stylists who are certified gift advisors and are happy to help with gift selection," they explained, describing the role of the floor attendants.

In this new series, "Shopping Q&A," our floor attendants, who answer customers' daily "Do you have this kind of product?" questions, will act as guides, introducing everything from coveted items to hidden gems that will make you say, "They even carry this!"
