Around 1982, designer Margaret Howell was searching for a long-established knit factory to produce high-quality knitwear when she came across John Smedley. Since then, they have continued to create high-quality knitwear together for over 30 years.
There was a strong bond of mutual respect and trust between MARGARET HOWELL and John Smedley, based on their shared desire to "create something wonderful."

The collar and cuffs feature thicker ribbing, and the buttons are made of horn. By eliminating the folded cuffs, it has a design that is more typical of Howell and easier to wear on a daily basis. In addition, the unusual color scheme for the brand gives this cardigan a refreshing impression.
Turtleneck knit t-shirts are also available.
