Luca Grassia, a brand with a workshop in Naples that has handled bespoke OEM work for famous factories, is finally making its debut in Japan for the Spring/Summer 2017 season. Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor = Business Clothing will be hosting a bespoke event on March 18th (Sat) and 19th (Sun).

Luca Gracia is a bespoke tailoring workshop based in Naples that has been operating for over half a century, spanning three generations. Combining tradition with a unique sensibility, they have launched a ready-made line. The suits boast an unparalleled elegance, combining the proven skills honed over many years of OEM work for "top-tier" brands with the youthful sensibility of Luca, the third generation who trained at numerous tailor shops since childhood.

One of its defining characteristics is that, because most of the processes are done by hand, it offers the soft comfort unique to Neapolitan tailoring. The jacket has a rounded shape that exudes a sartorial feel, and the trousers, which are beltless with side adjusters, have a button front, and are generously pleated, making them the epitome of elegance. While retaining traditional Neapolitan details, it embodies a contemporary feel.

Luca's father, Rocco Gracia (left), is the second generation owner. The workshop, where children and veterans work, is almost entirely family-run (right).

For this bespoke tailoring session, Luca Gracia, the third-generation founder of the brand, will be visiting the store. He will personally take measurements and offer style suggestions, and over 100 types of carefully selected fabrics from traditional Italian manufacturers will be available, allowing you to appreciate their commitment to materials and details.
