MCM, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, made its debut at London Men's Fashion Week, presenting a collection in collaboration with up-and-coming British fashion designer Christopher Raeburn.

Christopher Rayburn deconstructed and reinterpreted MCM's iconic bags, expressing the representative "Visetos" bag through his signature "remade" aesthetic. The collection was presented as "modern travel for 21st-century global nomads."

The capsule collection with Christopher Rayburn was based on the concept of "Made to Move," creating a space that embodied the concept through a 360-degree circular stage, featuring direction by British creators and sound utilizing digital technology. The original staging also garnered significant attention.

The five keywords that MCM and Rayburn chose for this collection were "seasonless, sustainable, unisex, multi-functional, and mobile," resulting in a presentation aimed at global nomads with a strong awareness of sustainability, as well as the upcoming millennial generation, with a focus on aesthetically pleasing functionality.

Trench coats, jackets, parkas, and other garments combine classic materials with a contemporary touch, expressed through designs centered on form and functionality. A key feature is that all materials meet the "bluesign® standard," which provides the highest level of consumer safety by using methods and raw materials that conserve resources and minimize adverse impacts on people and the environment during the manufacturing process.
