WAITO, located in its own factory in northern Kumamoto Prefecture, produces its products from yarn up. It uses carefully selected extra-long staple cotton.
By knitting a yarn made by further twisting spun and blended yarns, twisting after washing is reduced, and a beautiful silhouette is maintained. In addition, the tightly knitted fabric has a firm, substantial feel.


The sewing process involves carefully stitching together collars with different elasticity, and then adding a tape finish (stretch-preventing treatment) from the shoulder to the back of the collar to neatly finish the seam allowances and add strength.
