This exceptional wine, certified as Italy's highest-ranking DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin), is beloved by discerning wine connoisseurs. The grapes are hand-picked, and the wine undergoes natural secondary fermentation in the bottle, allowing it to mature slowly over time while remaining in contact with the yeast.
