That being said, if you're wondering, "I suddenly decided to surprise my partner with a proposal, but will the ring be ready in time?" or " I don't know my partner's ring size," then bridal ring attendant Natsumi Takeda will answer your questions!

Q. Does it take a long time to make an engagement ring?

A. If we have an item in your desired size, you can take it home the same day.

If the size is not in stock, we will need to order it or have it specially made. This will require some time before we can deliver it to you.

If the item needs to be ordered, it will take about a week if it's in stock domestically. If it's overseas, it could take several months.

Semi-custom orders typically take about 3-4 weeks to complete. Some brands only offer semi-custom orders, so we recommend starting your search as early as possible.

Q. What exactly is "semi-custom"?
A. Semi-custom orders mean that we will create your preferred design to fit your desired ring size.
With our semi-custom engagement ring service, we can find the center diamond of your desired grade and within your budget, allowing you to create a ring that is closer to your ideal. Since it's made exclusively for you, the ring you give to your partner will be a truly special one, one that no one else has ever worn!

Q. I don't know the other person's size!

A. It is possible to adjust the size later.
Some customers are in a hurry and come in together to have their ring resized a few days after the proposal. It makes us happy to hear that the surprise was a success! However, we cannot do major resizing, so you need to do some research on your partner's ring size beforehand.

Also, for those who find it difficult to measure their partner's size, we also sell diamonds only.
This service is limited to designs within the brand from which you purchased your diamond, but we will set it in your preferred setting. This is recommended for those who are unsure of their partner's preferences, or for those who want to surprise their partner with a proposal but want to choose the ring design together.
Even if you only purchase a diamond, a special case is provided, so please rest assured.
