Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 2nd Floor = International Creators will be hosting a nonnaitive pop-up shop from Wednesday, November 16th to Tuesday, November 29th.


The Fall/Winter 2016 collection, titled "BACK TO EVERYDAY PEOPLE," draws inspiration from the London street scene and the atmosphere of the city and people that designer Takayuki Fujii experienced firsthand during a visit to the UK 15 years ago. This pop-up store, which can be considered his starting point, offers a wide selection of items from this season's collection, as well as screening a special movie, "BACK TO EVERYDAY PEOPLE," that allows viewers to experience the world of nonnative.


This season's collection features a focus on matte colors like taupe and black, accented with orange and emerald green. It's characterized by military-inspired wear using richly textured, plant-dyed GORE-TEX® fabrics, and designs incorporating many outdoor-derived details. The collection also features original camouflage and block check patterns, with careful attention to tone and design, adding a touch of color.
Additionally, the collection features loose-fitting pants with a street-style silhouette, offering a different look from nonnative's usual style this season.

The heaviest outerwear piece in this season's collection uses plant-dyed cotton twill fabric, giving it a natural feel. Lightweight yet waterproof, windproof, and breathable, it utilizes "GORE-TEX PACLITE 2.5L." The bright orange color also serves as a nice accent, easily incorporating into a monochrome style.

This nonnative-esque piece, which removes the hood from a mod coat and adjusts the length to a medium length, features a natural texture thanks to its washed finish. The brand's signature layered styling also takes on a different impression when paired with loose-fitting pants.
