Into the microcosm of dreams
This season is perfect for anything from gourmet food and sports to reading and art. If you haven't been able to fully enjoy it because you haven't had much time, please come to our salon during your free time.
You can discover new alcoholic beverages and explore the books Shimaji has published so far. Furthermore, you can try out Shimaji's fashion style and experience beautiful things. It's a place packed with enjoyable experiences and things!
Today, we'd like to introduce some items that have arrived at the salon that will allow you to enjoy the "autumn of art."
Looking through a small hole reveals a breathtakingly fantastical world – that's the essence of a kaleidoscope. This particular kaleidoscope is the work of kaleidoscope artist Masayuki Koyama and has won the People's Choice Award, the highest honor in the kaleidoscope world.
Ms. Shimaji has a deep appreciation for beauty. Her kaleidoscopes are somehow different in shape from the ones that are widely known, and their highly original form initially made us not even think of them as kaleidoscopes.
Shimaji: "Drinking alcohol while gazing at this beautiful little universe makes for a great snack. Everyone should try it!"
That beautiful, slowly changing microcosm is so captivating that you could watch it for minutes or even hours without getting bored. And to think of it as a snack—how romantic!
However, you might become so captivated by its beauty that, instead of getting drunk and seeing your glass tilt, you might drift off into a dream world...
When you visit the salon, please do immerse yourself in this dreamlike microcosm.

This week's alcohol
"Balvenie 12 Year Old"
After maturing in traditional bourbon barrels, the whisky is transferred to sherry barrels for further aging, allowing you to enjoy the exquisite harmony of flavors from both types of casks.
