This dress, with its soft, flowing drape, symbolizes the richness of Beverly Hills.

Released in Japan in 1990 and generating much buzz, this modern Cinderella story, set in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, depicts the gradual transformation of a woman who catches the eye of an investor. The European-inspired fashion of the men also attracted attention. The Cerruti suits with their broad shoulders exuded a masculinity and strength that differed from power suits.
The double-breasted jacket worn in the film has been recreated at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , incorporating the mood of the era and featuring a slightly more compact shoulder width. The soft and comfortable fabric creates a beautiful drape.
