To express the essence of the brand, we will be offering a pre-sale of a business document case made from "box calf" leather, a material chosen by designer François Russo.
While glossy finishes are commonly used, this leather employs a matte finish from Annonay, a French company. High-quality, rare calfskin is chrome-pit tanned and finished with a thin aniline coating. Further boarding is applied to create a fine grain texture on the surface.

This material, once named "box calf" because its superior quality led to it being sold in boxes, fully expresses its appeal. We will also be releasing an A4 document case made from the same material.


On weekends, the designer will be on-site to offer custom order advice!
Additionally, on September 10th (Saturday) and 11th (Sunday), brand owner and designer François Russo will be visiting the store to offer advice on ordering. Please take advantage of this rare opportunity.

Brand founder and designer: François Russo
Born in France, she is a multifaceted individual, working as an art director, photographer, and interior and product designer.
He began his career at Cartier, and later shifted his focus to creative direction in the fields of interior design, product design, and fashion, becoming involved with numerous European luxury brands.
In 2003, at the request of André Putman, a leading figure in French interior design, he became a co-owner of André Putman Ltd. He has been involved in the interior design of numerous flagship luxury hotels for global brands.
In 2005, they signed a design consulting contract with Chanel.
In 2008, MAISON TAKUYA was founded with the aim of questioning the future of the luxury business and reviving the disappearing tradition of fully handmade luxury leather goods. The company continues to pour its passion into creating handmade leather goods, upholding this philosophy.
