The weather has been unpredictable due to the changing seasons. How are you all doing?
Currently at "Salon de Shimaji," Shimaji's butler stands by his right hand every Sunday. He also owns many items that are identical to Shimaji's, such as glasses, pocket squares, and pins.

This week's recommended drink is Glenglassaugh Revival.
The distillery ceased production in 1986, and a restart seemed hopeless, but it made a miraculous comeback in November 2008. This revival is the first standard item distilled after the reopening, and its milky, fruity aroma and complex flavor evoke the atmosphere of old Glenglassaugh.

Ms. Shimaji also drinks this at the start of her day, which might explain why she's always so energetic. Please give it a try!


Katsuhiko Shimaji
 Producer of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . Born in 1941. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he joined Shueisha. He was assigned to "Weekly Playboy" and became its editor-in-chief in 1983, where he created a sensation with the "Life Advice" column featuring Renzo Shibata, Toko Kon, and Ken Kaiko as respondents, growing the magazine into a million-copy publication. He later served as editor-in-chief of "PLAYBOY Japan" and "BART." After serving as representative director of Shueisha International, he retired in 2008. He is currently working as a writer and essayist.
