Male friendship

Glenfarclas Distillery was one of the distilleries that Mr. Shimaji visited during his reporting trip to Scotland, which I mentioned previously, to create an original bottle.
This week's recommended drink is Glenfarclas 12 Year Old. It has a strong sherry character, but the sweetness is clean and refreshing. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and tannins is superb, making it an addictive bottle.
George Grant (nicknamed John), the sixth-generation owner of this distillery, even visited Salon de Shimaji when it first opened.
Since then, the friendship between Mr. Shimaji and John has continued to grow.
When John visited the Glenfarclas Distillery to have his whisky bottled, Mr. Shimaji's delightful pranks surprised him.
Shimaji appeared before John wearing a kilt, the traditional Scottish national costume.
John was reportedly very surprised and moved.
These kinds of playful pranks might just be the catalyst for deepening friendships.
"John's kindness allowed me to have all sorts of experiences at the Glenfarclas Distillery. He even took me on his private jet to Spain with him. And as a token of our friendship, he gave me this mirror. I thought it would look cool displayed in Salon de Shimaji."

This week's quote: "The bond between men sometimes surpasses the romantic feelings between men and women."

This saying perfectly describes the friendship between Mr. Shimaji and John.
