From 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 7th to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13th, we will be holding a lottery sale exclusively for MI Card members. Please be sure to check the details below before applying.


Application Requirements

MI Card members: You must be a "Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB Member" and have registered your MI Card information.
Please complete your registration before applying for the lottery.

From applying for the lottery prize to delivery after winning.


■STEP 1: Apply for the lottery
Log in to your Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB membership
*If you are not yet a registered member, please register here .
*In addition to your MI Card information, please enter your membership information (name, gender, date of birth, postal code, address, and telephone number) when applying.
*For more details, please see "Confirm/Change Member Information" .


[For customers who do not have an MI Card]
To enter the lottery, you must complete an online application for an MI Card Plus (including the Basic version).

(On the next page, you will find buttons for registering as a Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB member and logging in. Please select one and proceed with the procedure.)
*Please note that if you apply for new membership through a URL other than the one listed above, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
*After applying via the URL above and completing the review process, you will be able to add items to your shopping cart as an MI Card member.
(You can pay using a method other than your MI Card until your card arrives.)
*Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your application request after reviewing it.
*It takes approximately 1 to 10 days from application to card arrival (up to 3 weeks depending on the review process).
*Purchases made using other credit cards, etc., before you receive your card are also eligible for point rewards.

[For customers who have an MI Card]
To apply for the lottery, you must link and register your MI Card information via "Link MI Card" in your My Page.
Please refer to this page for instructions on how to register within your My Page.
*Please complete your registration before applying for the lottery.

After adding the item to your cart and completing your order, you will receive an automated email titled "Order Confirmation for Lottery Sale Item." Please check your email.
*Please configure your computer or smartphone to receive emails from the domain "@isetanmitsukoshi.co.jp" from Mitsukoshi Isetan.
*There is a possibility that the email may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam folder.
*You can also check your order history on My Page.

■STEP2: Notification of Lottery Results
Starting October 19, 2026 (Monday), we will notify you of the results (whether you were selected or not) via email.
*Please configure your computer or smartphone to receive emails from the domain "@isetanmitsukoshi.co.jp" from Mitsukoshi Isetan.
*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you win, payment will be processed automatically.If you do not win, your entry will be automatically canceled.
*Depending on the status of your card usage at the time of payment processing, your order may be cancelled.

■STEP3: Receiving your product
Products are scheduled to be shipped sequentially starting in early November 2026.
* We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or gift wrapping.
*Please note that due to various circumstances, there may be delays in shipping your order.

■Regarding applications for the lottery
If the application process is not completed within the application period, the application will be invalid.
• Only one item per person is allowed. (Multiple sizes cannot be ordered.)
- This item cannot be ordered together with other products or other lottery entries.
If you apply for the same product multiple times, or if your application does not comply with the lottery rules, you will be disqualified.
Cancellations after registration are not accepted.

Depending on your card usage history, your application may be invalidated.

■Regarding purchases of prizes won in the lottery
If we cannot confirm that the purchase was made by the Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB member themselves, or if there is suspicion of resale or fraudulent purchase, we may cancel the order.
・We generally do not accept cancellations due to customer reasons after payment has been made.
・You may receive a bill from your credit card company before your product is delivered.

■Regarding the delivery of lottery prizes
・An additional shipping fee will be charged for delivery.
We cannot accept returns after delivery except for defective products.

■ About the products you will receive
Please note that you cannot choose the specific item you receive.
• After washing, the garment will shrink by approximately 10%. (The actual amount of shrinkage may vary slightly depending on the washing and drying method. In particular, tumble drying may cause more shrinkage than indicated.)
This product may bleed color. Please be careful of color transfer to light-colored clothing, leather products, upholstered furniture, etc. Also, when washing at home, please read the tag attached to the product and be careful of color transfer to other clothing.
・We cannot provide hemming services at the time of order.

During the promotion period, the first 140 customers who present the coupon screen on the Mitsukoshi Isetan app at the store and spend 30,000 yen or more (including tax) will receive an original tote bag.
