Regarding the sales method on Wednesday, September 30th
■Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building, 5th Floor, Men's Tailored Clothing
To alleviate congestion and ensure safety, a lottery will be held to determine the order of entry on Wednesday, September 30th.
*The lottery will prioritize customers who already have an MI Card (including MI Card Basic) and customers who have completed a new MI Card application via the URL below.

About the lottery

Customers wishing to enter should come to the Made to Measure section on the 5th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building by 10:15 AM.
A lottery will be held at 10:15 AM to determine the order of entry.
(If you are late for the drawing time, you will not be able to participate in the drawing, regardless of the reason.)


*If you present your MI Card or the MI Card online application completion email screen at the time of the lottery, you will be eligible to participate in the priority lottery. If you do not have an MI Card, please complete your online application before the lottery start time.
*Please note that those who do not have an MI Card or who have not completed their online application by the start time of the lottery will not be able to participate in the priority lottery for any reason.
*If you do not have an MI Card, or if you have not completed your online application by the start time of the lottery, the lottery will be held after the priority lottery has finished.
*Only MI Card payments made in the name of the customer who entered the venue will be accepted.

Precautions

*This lottery will only determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products.
*If there are many people wishing to purchase an item, depending on your entry order, you may not be able to purchase the item you want.
*Please bring a photo ID with you on the day of the event.
*Purchases are limited to one item per model per person.
*Please note that even customers who participated in the lottery will need some time before being notified.
*Even after the lottery-based entry period has ended, we may continue to restrict entry and ask you to queue if it is crowded.
*From the release date, September 30th (Wednesday), until October 6th (Tuesday), we will not be able to accept reservations, telephone orders, web payments, or cash-on-delivery orders. Also, after the event ends, we will discontinue handling most items.
*Please note that due to the expected high volume of inquiries, responses to inquiries regarding this pop-up store may take some time, or we may not be able to respond at all.
