Regarding the advance entry lottery

To alleviate congestion on Wednesday, September 23rd (national holiday), we will be holding a pre-entry lottery online. If you wish to apply for the lottery, please check the requests via the link below and then register.

Procedure Flow - Lottery application starts: Thursday, September 17th, from 10:00 AM - Lottery application deadline: Friday, September 18th, until 11:59 PM - Lottery results will be announced: Sunday, September 20th, from 6:00 PM onwards - Entry order will be announced: Monday, September 21st, from 3:00 PM onwards

Important notes regarding your application

*For the admission lottery on September 23rd (Wednesday, public holiday), priority will be given to customers who already have an MI Card (including basic cards) and customers who have completed an application for a new MI Card.

*When applying for the lottery, customers who have an MI Card should enter the customer number (10 digits) printed on their MI Card, or the application number (11 digits) printed in the new application completion email. Please note that applications without this information or with incorrect numbers will be invalid.
*Please ensure that you complete the procedures by each deadline. If the deadline is missed, the application will be invalid.
*This is a lottery to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products.
*Please note that if there are many applicants, you may not be selected even if you participate in the lottery.
*All customers who applied for the advance lottery for admission will be notified of the results via the email address they registered after 6:00 PM on September 20th (Sunday).
*Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the lottery results.
*Only one application per person is allowed.
*Please note that if it is discovered that one person has applied for multiple slots, all applications will be invalidated.
*Winners are requested to click the "Show Ticket" button on the "My Tickets" link within "LivePocket" provided in the winning email before entering on Wednesday, September 23rd (holiday), and complete the procedure to receive their free ticket. Your win will be confirmed once the procedure is completed.


Regarding entry after the pre-entry lottery has ended

After all customers who won the advance entry lottery on September 23rd (Wednesday, public holiday) have been admitted, we will hold a lottery on the day to determine the order of entry in order to alleviate congestion and ensure safety.

On-the-day lottery registration date and time
September 23rd (Wednesday, public holiday): 12:30 PM

Customers who wish to participate should come to Staircase No. 8 on the 1st floor of the main building between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on Wednesday, September 23rd (public holiday).

* If you are late for the lottery registration time, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for any reason. * To alleviate congestion, we will conduct a priority lottery for customers who present their MI Card (including MI Card Basic) or who complete their online membership application by the start time of the lottery and present the membership application completion email screen. Customers who do not qualify can participate in the lottery held after the priority lottery has finished.

*Some items may be sold out by the time you enter the venue.
*Depending on the crowd situation in the store, we may limit the time you can spend entering or shopping. You may also have to wait, so please allow ample time for your visit.
*Entry and purchase will be limited to the winner only.
*On the day of your visit, we may ask to see a photo ID (such as a driver's license, My Number Card, passport, or special permanent resident certificate) to verify your identity.
*We regret that we cannot accept credit card use or payments from anyone other than the winning customer.
*Multiple entries will be considered invalid.

Requests regarding your purchase

*Depending on the number of people in line, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.
*Some items are available in limited quantities, so please forgive us if they are out of stock.
*Due to expected crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.
*Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you spend shopping.
*We do not accept reservations, telephone orders, Mitsukoshi Isetan web payments, or cash-on-delivery orders.
*Please note that alterations for items purchased at The Stage on the 1st floor of the main building will be handled at Men's Creators on the 6th floor of the Men's Building or Re-Style on the 3rd floor of the main building from September 30th (Wednesday) onwards.
*Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you spend shopping.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
*When taking photos or videos around The Stage on the 1st floor of the main building, please be considerate of other customers and avoid obstructing their passage.
