NEEDLES is a men's brand designed by Keizo Shimizu, the founder of the select shop "Nepenthes," which was established in 1988. The brand was launched to reflect the worldview that he has cultivated through his more than 30 years of experience in buying goods around the world. Utilizing his network, he actively collaborates with internationally active artists and develops projects with manufacturers and creators from all over the world. In 2010, he established Rebuild by NEEDLES as a new line within the collection. This line revives mass-produced clothing from the past that is difficult to use today by rebuilding (reconstructing) it into new garments.
