Osamu Nemoto, who grew up with the Mod style and simultaneously began his tailoring apprenticeship, was most influenced by the "soft tailoring" style of England's Savile Row, which features a shoulder line that closely matches the wearer's shoulder slope. While he says he likes this style, he aims to be a tailor with broad knowledge who can meet a variety of demands. The slightly wider shoulders, thicker arms, and gently shaped waistline give his suits a "universality of British origin," embodying the "ultimate ordinariness" that has been loved across generations.
