"Futako Tamagawa Bikutsu Koubou" is a workshop located in Futako Tamagawa, Tokyo, that provides maintenance and repair services for leather products.

Our craftsmen will personally inspect your precious items, listen to your concerns and wishes regarding their condition, and propose maintenance and repair methods tailored to each individual item.

■Location: Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F Bags ■Contents: We offer maintenance services tailored to the condition of your bag, including cleaning, color restoration, coating, and various repairs.

・Each person may bring in a maximum of 3 items.
Please bring the item you wish to have counseled on with you on the day of your appointment.
We will inform you of the price and expected delivery date after checking the condition.
Depending on the condition and material of the item, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
・We will take custody of your items on the day of your visit and will hand them over to you at a later date at the bag counter on the B1 floor of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .

■Items and materials that we may not be able to repair: Depending on the nature of the repair, we may not be able to accept items made of exotic leather, enamel, napped materials such as suede, polyurethane, synthetic leather, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), materials that have become sticky due to deterioration, or items that are severely deteriorated.
We do not offer services such as plating metal fittings or reshaping.
*For items with colors that are difficult to reproduce accurately, such as fluorescent or metallic colors, we will check the condition before making a decision.
